Bavarian Sons in Austria: Visiting one of the largest beer importers
Teilen
From Bavaria to Austria - in search of new partnerships.
Austria is right on our doorstep. And yet, a personal meeting is always something special. Especially when it comes to the future of Bavarian Sons.
We recently set off for Austria to visit one of the largest local importers of beer and beverages.
In our luggage: our Bavarian Helles, plenty of ideas, and the question:
Could Bavarian Sons become the next Bavarian partner for the Austrian market?
Personal exchange instead of video calls
For us, a good partnership doesn't start with a contract, but with a personal conversation.
That is why we took the opportunity to get to know our potential partner directly on-site.
Together, we talked about the Austrian beer market, current trends, gastronomy, distribution, and, of course, the possibilities for collaboration.
Because if we want to build Bavarian Sons internationally, we need partners who understand our vision and can authentically represent our brand locally.
Tasting Bavarian Helles together
Naturally, one thing could not be missing from a meeting between a beer importer and a young Bavarian beer brand:
Our beer. 🍻
Together, we tasted our Bavarian Helles and had an in-depth exchange about its taste, positioning, and potential for the Austrian market.
For us, this direct feedback is particularly valuable.
How does our beer go down with an experienced importer?
How can Bavarian Sons be positioned in the Austrian market?
Which gastronomic establishments and retailers could be a good fit for the brand?
And what opportunities does this create for the future?
From Bavaria to Austria
Austria is a particularly exciting market for us.
Geographically, we are only a few hours apart. At the same time, Bavaria and Austria share a strong beer and gastronomic culture.
It is precisely this proximity that makes the market interesting for Bavarian Sons.
Our goal is to make authentic Bavarian Helles available outside of Bavaria while working with strong regional partners.
A partnership with potential
Nothing has been decided yet.
But that is exactly what our visit was about:
Exploring possibilities, exchanging ideas, and finding out if Bavarian Sons and our potential partner are a good match.
After the joint tasting and many conversations, we see interesting starting points for a potential collaboration.
Now it's time to continue the talks, examine the options, and see what comes of it.
Why personal meetings are so important to us
Building an international beer brand doesn't just happen at a desk.
Behind every new contact abroad are conversations, travel, time, and investments.
But it is precisely these personal encounters that can turn an initial contact into a real business relationship.
That is why we travel to see our partners, taste our beer together, and talk directly about how we can further develop Bavarian Sons.
A good beer is, of course, the perfect conversation starter.
The next step?
We are excited to see where the talks with our Austrian partner lead us.
Perhaps Bavarian Sons will soon be available in more Austrian restaurants and beverage stores.
Until then:
One visit, one shared beer, and many ideas for the future.
From Bavaria to Austria.
Bavarian Sons – One life. Enjoy it. 🍻
